LD Performance – U.S. Return Policy
At LD Performance, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy for any reason, we’re here to help. Please review the information below for how to return or exchange items purchased from LDperformanceusa.com.
1. Return Eligibility & Timeframe
You may return most new, unused items within 44 days of delivery for a refund.
This includes the standard 14-day return period plus an additional 30 days offered by LD Performance.
To begin a return, please notify us within 30 days of receiving your order by emailing info@ldperformanceusa.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, you’ll have an additional 14 days to send the item back.
Condition of Returned Items:
- Products must be unused and in original packaging.
- Items that show signs of use, modification, or damage cannot be accepted for return.
2. Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or develops a defect within 30 days of delivery, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or full refund.
After 30 days and up to 6 months, we’ll work with you to repair or replace the item. If neither is possible, a refund may be issued.
Beyond 6 months, the product may still be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty (see Section 5).
To report a defective or incorrect product, please contact us at info@ldperformanceusa.com with your order number, a short description, and any supporting photos or videos.
3. How to Return an Item
Step 1: Contact us at info@ldperformanceusa.com to request a return.
Step 2: Securely repackage the product, including all manuals and accessories, and clearly mark your Return Number on the box.
Step 3: Ship the item to the return address provided. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for lost packages.
Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll receive an email confirmation. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days to your original payment method.
4. Refunds & Return Shipping
- Customer responsibility: Unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refund amount: If you cancel within the initial 30-day period, we’ll refund the full product cost and standard shipping. Express or special delivery fees are non-refundable.
- Defective/incorrect products: LD Performance will cover reasonable return shipping costs (please keep proof of postage).
- Non-refundable services: Custom modifications or expedited shipping fees are not refundable.
5. Manufacturer’s Warranty
Most LD Performance electronics include a 12–24 month manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials or workmanship.
If a fault develops during the warranty period, please contact info@ldperformanceusa.com to start a claim.
Proof of purchase is required for all warranty requests.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Unless defective, the following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-made or modified electronics tailored for you (e.g., bespoke wiring or programmed devices)
- Items that show signs of use, or damaged items
- Products purchased from third-party sellers or resellers
7. Missing or Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong item or something is missing from your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@ldperformanceusa.com.
We’ll correct the issue quickly with a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
