LD Performance – U.S. Warranty Policy

At LD Performance, we take pride in the quality and reliability of our racing electronics. Every product is designed and tested to meet high performance standards. This warranty outlines what’s covered, what’s not, and how to make a claim if you ever experience an issue.

1. Warranty Coverage

All LD Performance products (including dashes, controllers, and tuning electronics) come with a manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 2 years from the date of delivery, unless otherwise stated.

This warranty applies to LD Performance brand products only. Additional sensors and accessories are not covered under this warranty.

This warranty applies solely to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

2. What’s Covered

  • Manufacturing or material defects
  • Electronic component failures under normal use
  • Display or function errors not caused by installation or wiring faults

If a defect is confirmed, LD Performance will, at its discretion, repair, replace, or refund the product.

3. What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage due to incorrect installation, wiring, or setup
  • Misuse, negligence, racing accidents, or exposure to extreme conditions
  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., cosmetic marks or scratches)
  • Modified or tampered products
  • Items purchased from unauthorized resellers or third-party marketplaces

4. Filing a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim:

  1. Contact info@ldperformanceusa.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or videos if possible.
  2. Our team will assess your claim and, if approved, issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll confirm the outcome and arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

Return shipping instructions will be provided at the time of claim.

5. Limitations of Liability

LD Performance is not liable for:

  • Any incidental or consequential damages, including labor, downtime, or vehicle damage
  • Costs related to removal, reinstallation, or calibration of products
  • Loss of data or engine tuning information

Our responsibility is strictly limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the defective product as outlined above.
